Artisan cheesemakers

 

Location: Dulas
All the cheeses are produced entirely by hand at Cors yr Odyn farm in Dulas, we use the milk from our mixed herd of Saanans, Toggenburgs and Alpine goats to create our artisan cheese. Ffetys, our salad style cheese, won gold at the True Taste of Wales 2008/09.
