Location: approx. 3 1/2 miles from Moelfre, just off the A5025 towards Amlwch near Dulas.
We are a multiple award winning traditional oak and hardwood smokery based at Deri  Isaf, Dulas Bay with a smokery shop open 6 days per week. We smoke fish, meats, poultry, game , cheese, seasalt and vegetables. We are one of Gary Rhodes food heroes 2008. We supply shops , delis, restaurants and attend most Farmer’s Markets and Fine  Food Fairs weekly, as far as Liverpool. Overnight courier delivery available anywhere.
