Hafan Day Care

The Age Concern run Hafan Day Care is located in a purpose-built room within Moelfre Community School, running numerous initiatives for local older people.

 

Monday – Day Care for those with Alzheimer’s / Dementia
Wednesday - Luncheon Club for up to 20 individuals, followed by a shopping service in the Hafan mini bus
Friday – Day Care for those who need slightly more care than others
