Rock and sea caters for kayak and mountaineering enthusiasts with residential courses for beginners to advanced grades.  Including the facilities to upgrade both teachers and kayakers to higher.  Star ratings.  All equipment supplied including packed lunches and transport to and from training sites.  Adults only.
